THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA
[SECTION 73(3)]
In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 73 (3) of the Constitution of Bermuda, Her Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. Larry Mussenden as Chief Justice of Bermuda with effect from 8 February 2024.
