Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter: 

• 2022 No. 105 civ. Deborah Ingham v Terjuan Lister for the period 27 November 2023, until this matter is complete
