Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

R v Zywonde Lema 2020/33 cri for the period

27th April 2023, until this matter is complete

R v Cahlii Smith 2018/34 cri for the period

10th May 2023, until this matter is complete
