Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffrey Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 73(6) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

• 2020/459 civ Southdown Farm Limited v Christopher Tuzo et al for the period March 27 and 28, 2023, until this matter is complete
