GOVERNMENT NOTICE NO:
APPOINTMENT OF JUSTICE OF APPEAL
OF THE COURT OF APPEAL OF BERMUDA
In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 77(3) of the Constitution, Her Excellency the Governor has appointed Dr Ian Kawaley to the post of Justice of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda with effect from the 1st day of January 2023 for a period of three years.
