ACTING APPOINTMENT

Judicial Department

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Martin Forde, KC,

to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 75(4) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matter:

• R v E Brown and E Brown v DPP et al civ no: 474 of 2020/ Crim no 9 of 2021 for the period 6th October 2022 until this matter is complete.
