ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Acting Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice in accordance with section 75(4) of the Bermuda Constitution for the following matters:

• 2020 No. 4app Bermuda Bistro at the Beach v Jeremy Paris for the period 30th September 2021 until this matter is complete
• 2020 No. 5app Bermuda Bistro at the Beach v Jennifer Lynch for the period

30th September 2021 until this matter is complete
