ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill, Barrister & Attorney to act as Acting Pusine Judge for the period 6th – 9th September 2022 until this matter is complete in accordance with section 75(4) of the Bermuda Constitution.
