ACTING APPOINTMENT

Her Excellency, The Governor, after consultation with the

Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mark Pettingill, Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice for one (1) day period, 12th July 2022 (to attend the case management hearing of the two cases of which he is the trial Judge: R v Palealkhai Williams 2021/007cri; and R v Psalm Darrell 2021/032cri).
