THE CONSTITUTION OF BERMUDA (SECTION 77)
THE COURT OF APPEAL
In exercise of the powers conferred on her by Section 77 of the Constitution of Bermuda, Her Excellency the Governor has been pleased to reappoint:
The Rt Hon Sir Christopher Clarke as President of the Court of Appeal with effect from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024 and
The Rt Hon Dame Elizabeth Gloster DBE as a Member of the Court of Appeal of Bermuda with effect from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024.
