NOTICE UNDER SECTION 19(5) OF THE REGULATORY ACT 2011
Appointment of New Members of the Board of Commissioners
In the matter of the Regulatory Authority Act 2011 (the “RAA”), and in accordance with section 19(5) of the RAA, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that as of the 1st June 2020 the following persons have been appointed as members of the Board of the Commissioners of the Regulatory Authority of Bermuda:
• Mr. Mark Fields (reappointed)
• Mr. Wayne Carey
