Chief Justice, has approved the appointment of Mr. Jeffery Elkinson

Barrister & Attorney to act as Assistant Justice to hear

the matter 2019 No. 35 app Fiona Miller (P.S) v Khamisi Tokunbo

for the period 9th November 2020 until this matter is complete, in accordance with section 75(4) of the Bermuda Constitution.
